Our mission is to return your spindle to you in as close to its original condition as possible. Motor spindles are test run to their maximum rated speed under their own power. We do not conduct test runs with a pulley and belt driven by a separate motor. Test runs are frequency driven, and all sensors - new or old - are tested and documented fit for service, guaranteed. Test runs are monitored with eight-channel data loggers.
Spindle testing with a data logger enables us to record accurate data, including the spindle’s mechanical axial shaft-displacement, thermal shaft growth, bearing and shaft temperatures, tool positioning, multiple vibration planes and spindle speed.
Data loggers produce graphic evidence of a mechanically sound, high-quality repair. They confirm conformity and make deficiencies visible - and thus correctable - prior to returning a spindle to a customer with protocollls.

We provide an expert estimate and analysis with a binding price and explain the work necessary to get your spindle running. A fully rebuilt and thoroughly tested spindle will be delivered to you with a 2-year/2,000 hour warranty. We can arrange spindle pickup or delivery, quoted at our discounted rates prior to service.
